A 22-year-old man has been apprehended in the fatal shooting of a Dallas teenager whose bullet-ridden body was found abandoned on the side of a city road last week. Tyrone Davis was arrested on Dec. 16 in connection to the murder of 14-year-old Neveah Foster, according to the Dallas Police Department.
