Denver's Beloved Blinky The Clown Dies At 91
Beloved Denver television icon Russell Scott, more well known as Blinky the Clown, has died Tuesday at the age of 91. "Dad was incredibly artistic," Scott's daughter Linda Scott Ballas said to The Denver Post who also told the newspaper that he died of complications of pneumonia. According to Blinky's website, Scott holds the unique honor of having the longest career of a children's television host in American broadcast history as well as the longest career of a television clown in the world.
