'Jeffersons' Star Sherman Hemsley Has Died
Another celebrity death to report this week: Sherman Hemsley (above, with co-star Isabel Sanford), the actor best known for playing George Jefferson on the sitcom The Jeffersons, . TMZ, which creepily showed pictures of police loading the actor's body into an ambulance, confirmed the news with cops in El Paso, Texas, where Hemsley lived. Its minimal report, which cites "sources" saying Hemsley died of natural causes, is still the most detailed out there.
