Iconic Tropicana Las Vegas Closes Its Doors After 67 Years

The iconic Tropicana Las Vegas is shutting its doors after 67 years. The Tropicana opened in 1957. It was a favorite for Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and the rest of the Rat Pack. Inside Edition's Stacey Gualandi was among the last guests to stay at the hotel. Twenty-four years ago, she became a showgirl for a day at the Tropicana for what was then the hottest show in town. She joined hundreds of revelers celebrating and lamenting the storied hotel's final hours.
