If you've always dreamed of piloting a giant humanoid robot, there's good news: Now you can, as long as you're a billionaire.

At Amazon's annual MARS conference, dedicated to all kinds of future tech, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos got to experience piloting a giant mech firsthand from inside Hankook Mirae Technology's Method-2 robot. Bezos, inside the robot's cockpit, controlled the robot's hands Gundam-style while onstage.

The Method-2 was designed by Hollywood concept artist Vitaly Bulgarov, who has designed similar robots for Boston Dynamics and movies like Transformers. The Method-2 was built by the South Korean-based Hankook Mirae Technology.

The Method-2 was first revealed back in December, and is meant to be used for construction and manufacturing. Hankook Mirae has said that the robot will go into full production by the end of the year, at which point you could pick up your own giant mech for a paltry few million dollars.
