The lawsuit lays out how the Arizona Attorney General's office believes Amazon has allegedly "tested the Prime member’s will to quit Amazon" by making the cancellation process for Amazon Prime memberships multiple steps with multiple layers of questions and new offers.

Recently, Amazon updated the process for unsubscribing as a Prime member.
