After you download the app, you enter your email address and are sent a verification code. Enter the code in the app, and setup is done. Now, whenever you have something copied to your clipboard and hit the “Mail to Self” share extension, an email of the text automatically gets sent to your email address. Right now, photo sharing isn’t supported, but that feature should come in the next version of the app.
You can get the free app from the App Store here.
