The best open-ear headphones we've tested are on sale, matching their lowest-ever price

We've talked a lot about how earbuds can vary in quality depending on your budget, but it's always a win to score inexpensive buds that perform as well as their high-end cousins. That's the case with the Oladance OWS2 Open Ear Headphones, a pair that Yahoo Life's Rick Broida rated the "best overall open-ear headphones." More than that, he said these rival the Bose Ultra and come with tremendous battery life. Right now, they're marked down at Amazon thanks to a sweet, 20%-off coupon.

With 19 hours of battery life on a SINGLE charge (that means no breaking to recharge very six or seven hours), these headphones are truly set for all-day listening.

Why is this a good deal?

Not only do these earbuds deliver superb quality, but this price is also on-par with the lowest we've ever seen. Better yet, all four color options — Cloud White, Interstellar Blue, Martian Orange, and Space Silver — are all on sale for the same price. Just make sure you clip the on-page coupon.

Why do I need these?

At the end of the day, all anyone really wants is a pair of buds that will pump out your favorite tunes for as long as you want to listen. While the combined battery life of AirPods is pretty great, it's still divided among several recharge sessions in the carrying case. The Oladance OWS2 Open Ear Headphones give you 19 hours of playback time on one (as in a single) charge. That's unheard of for earbuds of this size.

The case itself doesn't actually have a battery at all. Yeah, a little weird, right? But it works out, as the case works as a charging station when plugged into a USB-C. It's a bit on the larger side and looks more like a case for your glasses than your earbuds, so plan for that if your pockets are a bit tight.

Of course, the sound quality is nothing to scoff at. Here at Yahoo Life, we trust Rick's opinion. If he compares these to Bose Ultras, then we believe these are definitely headphones you ought to check out. The Oladance OWS2 will also automatically adjust the volume to prevent hearing damage, and that's always a major plus.

What reviewers say

"They clip on very securely and never seem to accidentally fall off but there's no discomfort or pressure at all. They are a bit bulky but that's basically a requirement given the battery life needed and the volume available," said one fan.

Another listener raved, "Where these headphones truly shine is in the sound department. The audio quality is exceptional - clear, crisp, and with a depth that immerses you in your music like never before. The open-ear design provides a unique listening experience, allowing you to remain aware of your surroundings while enjoying your favorite tunes."

"I forget I have these on! I can barely feel them! Excellent sound, music, and conversational quality. I listen to music, podcasts, eBook reading, company conference calls, and watch videos," gushed one reviewer.

With four fun color choices to choose from, you'll find yourself clicking "Add to Cart" anytime you need a gift — or just another spare set of headphones.
