AT&T network issue may affect North Little Rock 911 calls

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – North Little Rock officials said Monday morning that an AT&T network issue may affect customers’ 911 calls.

City officials said that AT&T informed North Little Rock Emergency Services that LTE and 5G customers may be unable to make or receive calls, including 911 calls.

AT&T says outage not caused by cyberattack

This network problem comes months after AT&T experienced a widespread network outage, causing connectivity issues for thousands of customers across the county.

Officials are encouraging customers to avoid calling 911 to test their service and say that AT&T technicians are working toward a solution.

AT&T says a data breach leaked millions of customers’ information online. Were you affected?

The issue should be resolved by 2:20 p.m., officials said.
