Study: Colorado one of the highest users of TikTok

(COLORADO) — TikTok is facing a possible ban in the United States and a survey by MattressNextDay looked into which states would see the biggest impact from the ban with Colorado in the top five.

According to the survey, Colorado is fourth for highest TikTok usage with California in the top spot. The survey shows that Coloradans on average use the app for 11.75 hours per week on the app, while California showed an average of 12.53 hours on average.

The survey also found that people ages 25 to 34 averaged around 17.82 hours per week on the app while ages 35 to 44 were an average of 13.59 hours.

MattressNextDay recommendations for better sleep are to have a bedtime routine, to stop using electronic devices at least one hour before bed, and to move all tasks outside of sleeping to a different room.
