Leading software-related services provider SAP SE SAP recently announced the availability of SAP Predictive Analytics 2.0 Software. The latest product is expected to provide the benefits of predictive analytics to business users, business analysts and data scientists.
The software has integrated the functionalities of SAP Predictive Analytics Software with SAP InfiniteInsight solution, thereby allowing large number of users to exploit opportunities in real time and render almost impeccable forecast.

The 2.0 version of SAP Predictive Analytics eliminates the need to make decisions based on batch processes. Instead, it uses highly reliable real time prediction that offers a host of other benefits like detection of fraud, retention of customers and maximization of revenues.
The software has six unique features that improve its performance over the previous version. It automates data preparation without a code, provides advanced visualizations, creates predictive data modeling environment suitable for both business analysts and data scientists, enables a graphic display of variable individual contribution to the model, enhances model management solutions for business analysts and finally, allows users to detect social influences that impact consumer choices.
SAP’s latest offering takes predictive analytics to a whole new level by helping organizations decipher trends from Big Data, Internet of Things (IoT) and third-party data sources, thereby, improving their understanding of customer behavior. Management remains bullish on the expectation that SAP Predictive Analytics’ 2.0 version will ultimately drive tangible business value and profitability growth.

The company also announced the general availability of SAP Lumira solution, Edge edition that will enable cost-effective data visualization for small and mid-sized businesses. The decision came in the wake of a recent survey conducted by SAP, in which it had found that all businesses lack appropriate tools to analyze complex data needed for effective decision-making.
SAP Lumira, Edge edition, allows teammates and colleagues to create, view, modify and share gripping visualizations within the browser. The Edge version builds on the strength of the previous version that allowed users to regulate visualization and infographics. It has supplementary features like agile data discovery and visualization, easy viewing, modifying & sharing of visualizations, solid user management services facilitating better control & security of data visualization, and finally, a rapidly functioning interface.
Immensely successful, SAP Lumira Solutions have been downloaded more than 650,000 times, providing highly relevant data-driven insights to users. Management is optimistic that the latest version of Edge will be equally popular, going forward.
