TouchCopy review
TouchCopy quickly transfers all iPod, iPad, and iPhone content to either iTunes or your hard drive with the click of a button.
Pros
One-click transfers: Though TouchCopy offers a link to a help page, we didn't need to read it to get started. With the click of a button, the program immediately imported all 200+ photos we had saved on our iPad. Likewise, we were able to just as easily copy those files to iTunes and our PC.
Listen while you transfer: TouchCopy acts as a music player, allowing us to listen to music files while we copied them to iTunes and our PC.
Generous trial period: With the ability to make 100 copies of your imported files, you'll have plenty of time to check out what TouchCopy has to offer before deciding to buy outright. However, you won't be able to back up your iPad, iPhone, or iPod content since that feature is exclusive to the paid version.
Cons
Slow to recognize: It took a few tries of us plugging and unplugging our iPad before TouchCopy would recognize the device.
Bottom Line
TouchCopy's streamlined interface and comprehensive file transfer capabilities will please users of all skill levels. We highly recommend it to quickly back up Apple device content.
