When it comes to new emoji, Apple says that it’s added more than 150 new characters including the highly anticipated middle finger emoji, the taco emoji and the unicorn emoji. These different emoji are part of Unicode 7.0 and 8.0.

For Live Photos improvements, Apple says that the feature “now intelligently senses when you raise or lower your iPhone, so that Live Photos will automatically not record these movements.”
