Pros
Unique gameplay: Playing as a bloodthirsty shark may sound mindless, but once you devour your first prey and start exploring the ocean, the game quickly grows on you, so that by the time you emerge to the surface in search of vacationists and swimmers, you're hooked. The growth of your shark as you eat more and more, the ability to boost speed and jump out of the water to wreak havoc on the surface, and the charming graphics and wonderful creatures you encounter make this game a cut above the rest.
Wonderful game world: The free-roaming game world impresses with its vastness and detailed graphics, featuring all kinds of creatures from strange fish to all varieties of sharks, as well as traps, obstacles, and special items. The vastness of the game world gives you a great sense of freedom and makes every gaming session unpredictable and interesting, while the 60+ missions with specific objectives spice up the game.
Customizations: You can use the coins you gather as you play to improve the bite, speed, and boost of your shark as well as pimp it with all manner of crazy gadgets and accessories, from punk hairstyles to rocket launchers for greater speed.
Cons
Expensive sharks: While collecting coins for upgrades and customization items is fairly easy, to unlock other varieties of sharks you must spend hundreds of gems, which you must buy through rather expensive in-app purchases. To unlock the Great White Shark, you need 750 gems, which cost around $70.
