Ed Simnett, Former Microsoft and Nokia Technology Executive, Joins Geospatial Corporation as Senior Advisor

PITTSBURGH, PA--(Marketwired - March 24, 2015) - Geospatial Corporation (OTC PINK: GSPH) announced today that Ed Simnett has agreed to join the Company to assist management in the launch of GeoUnderground and the rollout of Geospatial's national partnership development program. Simnett is a global technology executive with experience as the Director of Strategy and Business Development at Nokia as well as the Head of Product Strategy, Mobile Search with Microsoft. Simnett graduated from the University of Oxford and received his MBA at Harvard Business School.
