Fans love the utility and entertainment capabilities of this tablet, and especially the screen clarity. "With this tablet, I am able to do photo edits on the go instead of carrying my laptop around. A few users did encounter a few technical issues and disliked the startup speed. One tech-challenged user said, "I like Samsung /Android products and this did not disappoint and the clarity of the screen is great! I had purchased a smaller tablet not that long ago, but I prefer a larger screen. Plus getting a sale was a plus! Easy to navigate. The only downside is I'm having a bit of technical difficulty getting all my alerts to stop binging. But that's me. I do well to operate a number 2 pencil! Definitely would recommend."
Another wrote, "My only complaints are that it's a bit slow to start (roughly a minute rather than the 30 seconds I was used to.) The other thing is that the frame seems to be narrower than I'm used to. I'm always turning pages when I don't intend to, but that might just be my way of holding it."
