Here’s how you can join the iPhone ‘touch disease’ class action lawsuit against Apple
Another iPhone generation, another widespread issue affecting hundreds—or thousands—of iPhone owners. This time the issue has an especially sinister name: touch disease. This 'disease' has cropped up on an alarming number of devices over the past few weeks, and in response, McCuneWright, a California law firm filed a class action lawsuit against Apple, requesting the company fix the affected devices.

Here's what McCuneWright has to say about the suit on its website:
"McCuneWright has filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of owners of Apple’s iPhone 6 and 6 [Plus]. It has been alleged that the iPhone 6 series suffers from a design defect that causes reduced touch screen functionality. When the defect manifests itself, users will notice reduced responsiveness or no responsiveness when interacting with the touchscreen. The defect is typically preceded by a flickering grey bar across the top of the display. It has been further alleged that the logic board is the defective component causing the reduced touch screen functionality."
On Tuesday, McCuneWright opened the suit to other parties, which means that if you have an iPhone 6 or an iPhone 6 Plus that has been affected by touch disease, you can join the fight to get Apple to pay for repairs.
All that you need to do is head to McCuneWright's website and enter all the relevant information into the form, or simply call the firm at 909-572-8019 and tell them that your phone's display has been affected by the disease.
