Why is this a good deal?

You're saving over $900 on this laptop, and it's 70% off. Need we say more? Okay, then what about this? Windows 11 is included, and that's roughly a $140 value. You also get 16GB of RAM, 1TB of storage, and a 3.4GHz processor. That's a lot of power, especially when you consider the Acer Aspire 3 is $330 and only has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

Why do I need this?

The Otvoc laptop has a lot going for it, with components that are incredibly impressive for such a low price point. The 1TB solid-state drive provides more than enough storage, especially when you consider that laptops at this price point usually top out around 256GB or, at best, 512GB. Throw in the fact that it has a 3.4GHz processor and you're golden: A faster processor means no bottlenecks when transferring large files.

Now, onto the screen. It's 16 inches on the diagonal with 1080p resolution. The bezels are narrow, making the laptop appear larger than it already is (and 16 inches is a solid size for a computer.)

The laptop comes pre-installed with Windows 11 Pro, so you'll have compatibility with all of the latest security updates. The battery is also noteworthy, coming in at 9,000mAhs. This means about eight straight hours of video playback, or around 250 hours of standby time.

Finally, there are plenty of ports, including two USB 3.0 and one USB 2.0, one headphone port, a microSD card slot, an HDMI port, an Ethernet port and a USB-C port. It's not as common to see Ethernet ports on laptops anymore, but it lets you connect straight to your internet — although the included support for both 2.4 and 5GHz Wi-Fi makes that kind of unnecessary.
