Google helps you fight those holiday crowds

Just in time for the holidays, Google updated its Popular Times feature in Search and Maps.

You will now be able to see when a particular store or location is too crowded for your comfort.

This real-time look at how busy a place is at the exact moment you check will help you decide where and when to hit your favorite store or restaurant.

Google will also show you how long people typically stay at a location and what days and times are the busiest.

So if you have to leave your house this holiday, this will be a game changer to manage the chaos.
