Google Hangouts’ Chat Stickers, Ranked

You may still call it GChat, and that’s OK, but Google’s multiplatform messaging service has packed on plenty of new features and improvements since switching its name to Hangouts a few years ago. One of my favorite additions: chat stickers!

Also seen on Facebook and other messenger apps, stickers are giant, hyperbolic cartoons ostensibly invented for chat responses that warrant more than just an emoji. In Google’s chat app, they can be found hidden behind the smiley icon near the text box where you type messages.

For those who use GChat (Hangouts) regularly but are yet to discover the majesty of stickers, I present this introduction in the form of my top-10 list of favorites.
