Donald Trump reviewing literary classics is the funniest thing you’ll see all day
If there’s one thing Donald Trump is adept at, it’s doling out insults. Whether it’s calling someone he disagrees with a ‘lightweight’ or even calling out Senator John McCain for being captured during the Vietnam War, Trump isn’t afraid to diminish, ridicule, and poke fun at anyone who happens to criticize him or stand in his way.
All the same, Trump’s repertoire of insults isn’t all that diverse or creative, especially on Twitter. More often than not, Trump relies upon a small selection of words and a similar pattern of phrasing when spewing out insults at whoever his target of the moment happens to be.

That being the case, Buzzfeed recently put together an entertaining list which imagines what life would be like if Donald Trump was a literary critic.
For instance, here’s what Trump might have to say about Oedipus Rex:
“Failed king Oedipus made one of the worst decisions in history. Pathetic and STUPID to marry someone you don’t know anything about. BE CAREFUL.”
Entries for Tolkien’s The Lord of the Rings and Melville’s Moby Dick are even better.
