CES 2016: Finding the Next ‘Hoverboard’
It was at last year’s CES that the worldwide craze over “hoverboards” — those two-wheeled self-balancing scooters you see under way too many pedestrians’ feet nowadays — officially began.
So here at CES 2016, I’m in search of the next “hoverboard” — a rightful successor to the explodingly popular personal conveyance. And maybe even a successor that’s less explode-y in the literal sense, too.
Watch the video above, where I ride (or try to ride) all the scooters, remote-controlled skates, and foldable electric bikes that I could get my hands on.
