Bang & Olufsen Goes Blue With Ader Error on Limited-edition Speaker
Technology’s standards in today’s modern world are ever growing and constantly on the move, but Bang & Olufsen isn’t noted for following the herd.
Danish electronics titan Bang & Olufsen is launching a new, limited-edition collaboration with cult Korean fashion brand Ader Error, reimagining their Beosound A1 bluetooth speaker in Ader Error’s signature Z-blue colorway.

B&O has also given its Beosound A1 circular speaker the accessory treatment with a matching Z-blue bag inspired from the softness of a plump cushion in contrast to the hardness of a speaker shell, composed of soft cowhide leather with an adjustable shoulder strap and pouch, allowing the speaker to be safely kept and be worn on the go. It also comes with a metallic speaker stand.
“Placing our Beosound A1 portable speaker in the hands of Ader Error’s design collective is a prime example of how our signature speaker becomes a statement in both look and sound,” said Bang & Olufsen’s head of brand collaborations, Andra Gavrilescu.
Bang & Olufsen is no stranger to the fashion landscape and has released various collaborations with Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Berluti, Supreme and Raf Simons among others, creating unique collections where high-quality sound technology meets elegant and modern design.
The new Ader Error edition speaker with stand will retail for $500, while the speaker bag (which is sold separately) will fetch a $320 price tag. Both will be available in limited quantities online and in selected stores starting on April 11.
