Americans looking for a way out after Trump win

As the Trump win became more of a reality Tuesday night…

Google recorded a spike in searches on how to emigrate to Canada.

So much that it crashed Canada’s immigration site repeatedly as results were rolling in.

Some of the top Internet searches related to a “move to Canada” were:

Jobs searches, home searches and steps on how to emigrate.

According to Cheapflights.com, searches for one-way flights to Canada reached

unprecedented levels.

After Trump declared victory, one-way flights to Canada increased 1,000 percent.

It’s obviously much easier to find that one-way ticket out than to actually become a Canadian citizen. So if you are considering making the move, make sure you do your research.
