Amazon Prime Day 2017: What home and garden deals can I expect?
Bargain-hunters, the time has come. Online retail giant Amazon has announced details of its 2017 Amazon Prime Day sales event, once again only open to consumers who have signed up to its £79-a-year subscription service.
Beginning on Monday July 10 at 6pm, shoppers around the globe will have 30-hours instead of the usual 24 to pick up thousands of deals - including home and garden products.
So if you're after a gadget for the home, had your eye on a new piece of furniture or perhaps some tools and equipment to keep your garden looking good, now is the time to buy.

How to get the best deals
Last year, there were two different types of deals: Lightning Deals, which ran for a fixed period of time with a finite number available, and Deals of the Day, which ran for the entire 24 hours.
To avoid missing out on deals, you can add them to a watchlist ahead of time and activate notifications on the Amazon smartphone app when they go live.
Amazon has not yet announced a list of opening deals, although all members can pick up a host of daily deals from the website.
In the run up to the day, Amazon is also offering Prime members certain deals. The first is a trial of Amazon Music Unlimited, its music streaming service, which is £0.99 for four months.
There will also be the chance for members to save up to 40 per cent on a Kindle Unlimited membership, while between July 3 - August 6 members can save up to 25 per cent with vouchers on everyday essentials from the Prime Pantry.
What home and garden deals can I expect?
Most deals won't be known until later today, but Amazon has already indicated a number of discounts that will be on offer.
This Graco Milestone All-in-One Car Seat, which usually costs £107.99, will see a 30pc reduction in its price. Those looking to spruce up their gardens this summer can purchase this Keter Corfu outdoor furniture set at 70pc of its normal cost.
Amazon has also indicated that Flymo lawnmowers will be up to 50pc cheaper than normal.
Pet owners should brace themselves for a host of savings. The PetSafe Drinkwell Ceramic Avalon Pet Fountain, perfect for cats, will be 40pc cheaper on Amazon Prime Day, while the PetSafe Automatic Ball Launcher's price will be slashed by 30pc.
If your house is in need of a thorough tidy, there will be plenty of offers on vacuum cleaners. Amazon has announced a massive 65pc cut in the price of the Hoover FD22G, while this stylish Black&Decker vacuum will be available at less than half price.
Last year, shoppers were able to save money on outdoor equipment including strimmers, lawnmowers, pressure washers, drills, sanders and storage solutions.
For inside the home, there were offers on bulbs and lighting accessories, vacuum cleaners, pressure cookers, shavers, hair straighteners, alcohol and electric toothbrushes.
Among the best discounts was 54pc off a Karcher window cleaner set and a Bosch cordless drill was on sale for just under half price at £51.99. One robotic Flymo lawnmower had more than 60 per cent off the recommended retail price, selling for £379.99.
