Act Fast to Get Google Inbox Today

Google’s experimental take on email, Inbox, is in limited testing. Some people have received the invitation to check it out. Many people are still waiting. If you want to try it out right now, Google is hosting a “happy hour” for invites. If you request an invitation to try Inbox between 3 and 4 p.m. Pacific time (6 to 7 p.m. Eastern), you’ll get an invite code from Google before 5 p.m. Pacific/8 p.m. Eastern.
Just send an email to inbox@google.com requesting access. There are apps for iOS and Android, and there’s a Web client. The invitation will be good for all of them.
To be clear, if you’re reading this after 4 p.m. Pacific or 7 p.m. Eastern on Nov. 5, then you’re too late to take advantage of this.
