A: Yahoo Plus Tech extended warranty covers mechanical or electrical failures that may occur with your devices due to:

(a) Material defects
(b) Normal wear and tear
(c) Power surges
(d) Accidental damage from handling for portable products as a result of normal use of the product.

Q: What if my device cannot be fixed?
A: If we can’t fix the issue with your device, we will send you a replacement or reimburse you based on the replacement value, age and condition of the product prior to the reported device issue. Q: If my device is not brand new, is it still covered?
A: Eligible devices are covered, regardless of when and where you bought them. Gone are the days of searching for old receipts in order to get help with your home tech devices!

Q: Are there any claim limits?
A: Yes. There is a $1,000 single-claim limit, and a $2,500 aggregate claim limit. The aggregate limit is based on a 12-month rolling period, which begins on the date of your first claim. Please review the “Plan Limits of Liability” section of the terms and conditions for additional information.
