Take a quick glance at your phone or iPad—chances are, you’re reading this on a mobile device anyway, so that shouldn’t be too difficult. “All of that dirt and bacteria can quickly break you out,” says Joshua Zeichner, the director of cosmetic and clinical research in dermatology at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.
