Tiffany Trump's longtime pal, Just Drew designer Andrew Warren, is taking to Instagram to defend her following online threats and hateful messages she received after the election, in which her father, Donald Trump, won the presidency.

"Imagine going on Facebook and seeing everyone you thought was your friend hating on you and saying they want to murder your family," he wrote. "I know people have strong opinions, but think about the time @tiffanytrump, who has been my best friend for as long as I can remember, is going through. Never once has she personally done anything to offend anyone, and she is one of the nicest, most genuine people that I know."

He continued: "People attacking or hating on her should take a step back before knowing who she is and what her views are."

Tiffany — Donald's daughter with second wife Marla Maples — most recently showed her support for Warren during New York Fashion Week in September when he presented his latest collection for NY-based brand Just Drew. Warren and his crew of social media-savvy rich kids were profiled earlier this year in The New York Times and dubbed the "Snap Pack."

"This isn't a post to support or not support Trump, Hillary, or anyone else. This is not political and it is to remind people to think before they post things," he concluded. "I'm just here to be there for my best friend — again not to start a political war."

Interestingly, First Lady-to-be Melania Trump has pledged to make online bullying one of the topics she tackles when her husband is in office.
