Snooki and JWoww are joining ANOTHER “Jersey Shore” spinoff, and it’s definitely T-shirt time
Jersey Shore is the franchise that keeps on giving. Six seasons of the original Jersey Shore. Four seasons of Snooki & JWoww. One season of The Pauly D Project and another of The Show with Vinny. Phew! Let’s not forget the Jersey Shore reboot we’ve all been waiting for; the docu-series Reunion Road Trip: Return to the Jersey Shore premieres tomorrow. But still, there’s more.
According to People, Snooki and JWoww are working on another Jersey Shore spinoff, tentatively called Celebrity Shore.
The new VH1 show will combine the network’s talent, teaming up Snooki and JWoww with Drita D’avanzo of Mob Wives. What will happen on Celebrity Shore? Lots of galavanting around New Jersey’s beaches and getting into trouble, of course. We wouldn’t expect anything less.
Here we go again!
While we wait for more details, we can enjoy Reunion Road Trip, which premieres tomorrow at 9:30 EST on E!. The show will reunite the cast and take them on a journey through the past. They’ll celebrate their friendship while (probably) finding new ways to get into even more hijinks.
Apparently, some of the cast hasn’t really seen each other since the original Jersey Shore ended. Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino told Newsday as much about Reunion Road Trip.
“There was no communication, especially from Snooki. No real contact. I didn’t know how receptive they were going to be to this get-together… I know for a fact that myself and all the ‘Jersey Shore’ castmates are very interested in continuing to work together. Just from that, we were like, we miss each other so much.”
Somehow, we feel like they’ll enjoy the reconnection. Or, at least, it will make for some pretty darn good television. Now we just have to hope Snooki and JWoww will have enough energy to make a hit out of Celebrity Shore. Get some sleep, ladies!
