Selena Gomez Wore Nude Leather Pants to the Airport

At first glance, it seems Selena Gomez is living our worst nightmare: leaving the house without pants. But she’s not. Those are skin-tone leather pants, not her actual skin.

The singer chose those nude pants for traveling, as she was spotted in them at LAX in California. She paired the tan pants with a loose cream sweater and black heeled booties. She wore round black sunnies inside and her only luggage seemed to be a black tote and a book (although, someone else was most likely carrying her actual luggage). She accessorized with a necklace featuring a round pendant hanging on her sweater.

It’s an interesting outfit choice for the airport, but yoga pants, leather pants…same thing…right?

Seemingly in a good mood, Gomez stopped to take a selfie with a fan as she made her way through the airport.

This comes right after she made a triumphant return to Instagram after a three month sabbatical from social media (she hasn’t returned to Twitter yet). She posted a photo of herself surrounded by hundreds of fans, and wrote, “I have a lot to be thankful for this year.. My year has been the hardest yet most rewarding one yet. I’ve finally fought the fight of not ‘being enough’. I have only wanted to reflect the love you guys have given me for years and show how important it is to take care of YOU. By grace through faith. Kindness always wins. I love you guys. God bless.”

Gomez spent part of this year in rehab but we are happy to see she’s out and about again — even if it is in tight pants that seem uncomfortable to travel in.
