Our 4 Favorite Looks From the Ralph Lauren Show

This morning Ralph Lauren showed a collection that was a classic representation of the brand. There were soft cashmere knits, shearling coats, donegal jackets, ponchos, and a smattering of evening wear looks (though not as much as usual). We’ve seen a lot of capes and gauchos this season, and there were more here for the luxe boho consumer to choose from. Here, are our editors select their favorite looks from the collection.

Dora Fung, Market Director

Ralph Lauren takes us on an adventure from the Prairies all the way down to South America. White crochet dresses, cashmere fringe knits, shearling and suede a plenty! Capes draped over turtlenecks and worn with fedoras remind me of an Argentinian romance waiting to happen!

Sarah Cristobal, Editor

Oh, hello international woman of mystery! Wearing this outfit would probably make me feel like a spy, but it looks good on model Vanessa Moody. The slim-fitting suit, replete with vest, tie, and pocket watch chain is a fun take on menswear that still looks feminine thanks in part to the fur scarf.

Britt Aboutaleb, Managing Editor

I love menswear in the form a sexy evening gown. This looks so easy to wear (though in reality it’d require plenty of tape!)

Christopher Kim, Market Editor

You can’t see it here, but this dress is fastened in the back with suspenders which is a new spin on a classic Ralph Lauren dress.
