Pizza dough (how to make it)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
¾ cup tomato sauce (how to make it)
½ cup mozzarella, shredded

Heat the cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Brush 1 tablespoon of olive oil to cover entire skillet. Gently place rolled pizza dough into skillet. Let it cook for about 2 to 3 minutes until crust is golden browned on the bottom. Gently flip the crust. Brush the cooked side lightly with oil. Spread tomato sauce on the dough. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Cover the pan for about 3 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt. Remove, and place on cutting board. Slice and serve.
