Lady Gaga Wears Sparkly 8-Inch Marc Jacobs Platforms on ‘Saturday Night Live’

Lady Gaga channeled the groovy ’70s for her latest performance.

The pop star appeared on “Saturday Night Live” over the weekend wearing towering Marc Jacobs platform boots that were color-coordinated with the rest of her spring ’17 ensemble.

The shoes featured pink and purple uppers set on massive, crystal-embellished 8-inch heels in a rainbow palette. Gaga completed the look with a purple fur bolero, paisley-print top, pink satin high-waisted shorts and orange-tinted aviators. She changed into sparkling cowboy-esque booties for another number, and then into stiletto-heeled sandals for her third performance.

The musician also brought a special guest — Bradley Cooper.

In August, it was announced that Cooper will direct and co-star opposite Lady Gaga in her first big screen lead role in the remake of “A Star Is Born.” The musical drama starred Judy Garland in 1954, and Barbra Streisand in 1976.

Meanwhile, Gaga continues to promote her new album “Joanne” — her middle name, in honor of her father’s deceased sister. On Friday, the day of the album’s release, Gaga debuted it on “Good Morning America.”
