We have to know what’s happening with these totally unique jeans Gigi Hadid just rocked

Gigi Hadid isn’t just a super model and all-around badass chick, she’s also a fashion trendsetter — even if the trends are a little… well, weird and hard to understand at first.

Hadid has been walking the runway all week in Milan’s Fashion Week (and killing it), and we’ve been watching her every move. Because her every move happens to give us crazy good ideas for our own wardrobes.

Like her most recent fashion statement.

Hadid posted a photo to Instagram with designer Karl Lagerfeld, and she’s wearing the most unique pants we’ve seen in a while.

The holy denim culottes feature a cutoff angular jean skirt, which is confusing, but like, we’re not mad about it. We’re actually kind of digging the unique look, and Hadid can obviously rock anything.

Ah-mazing.

This isn’t the first time (and likely not the last time) Hadid has experimented with jeans. During an appearance on RuPaul’s Drag Race back in April, she wore a pair of jeans inside-out.

Hadid’s outfits are definitely something we always look forward to seeing. We’re not exactly sure if we can pull of the jean skirt over jeans look (or even the inside-out jeans) like she can, but it’s worth a try.
