Kate Middleton Twinned With Gossip Girl's Blair Waldorf in Paris

Kate Middleton and Prince William were in Paris on a two-day royal visit, and between meeting with the country's president Friday afternoon and a full slate of activities on Saturday, the couple has a packed itinerary. One of the more formal events was a dinner at the British embassy on Friday night, hosted by the U.K.'s ambassador to France. Obviously a formal evening in Paris calls for your best gown (dahhhling!), but the Duchess of Cambridge went all out for the evening.
Wearing a floral embroidered, ice-blue Jenny Packham gown, Kate descended a curved staircase with Prince William at her side. And her look might make you do a double take: The gown looks similar to a certain dress Blair Waldorf (played by Leighton Meester) wore for an equally formal occasion—her wedding!—on the Gossip Girl series finale.
Meester as Waldorf wore a dress by Elie Saab, but the resemblance is striking, no?
