Update 08/29/17: Johnny Depp's real estate purge is coming to a close, as he sells his fourth Los Angeles penthouse of the five he originally listed.

After purchasing the condos in the Eastern Columbia building just last year, Depp has been selling them individually, asking for a total of $12.78 million. It took him just two months to sell the first two, so the last property (which is listed for $1.79 million, according to LLNYC) is bound to be off the market in no time.

The penthouse he just recently sold for $1.82 million is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex overlooking L.A. and the surrounding mountains, reads the original listing.

It is fully equipped with an outdoor terrace with access to the building's sky deck, which features a saltwater pool, spa, sun deck, and a fitness studio.

Originally 09/22/16: The Johnny Depp property purge continues.

Just a few months ago, Depp relisted his French village (casual) for $56 million, and he's also been spotted selling some of his favorite Basquiat paintings. Now he's listing his Los Angeles penthouse - and by that, we mean the five adjacent penthouses he treats as rooms to roam the top of the Eastern Columbia Building in Los Angeles.

No word yet if said purges are a result of his recent divorce from Amber Heard.

Depp shared the penthouse palace with Heard, and it would seem they had plenty of room to stretch their legs. Collectively, the penthouses encompass 11,500 square feet with nine bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, according to Forbes. The home is asking $12.78 million.

The units can also be sold separately, though their prices are still unspecified. In a series of transactions, Depp purchased the loft-like penthouses in 2007 and 2008 for $7.2 million, reports Variety.

The penthouse's interior is vibrant with color, with one wall showcasing a mural by Brazilian street artists OSGEMEOS, reports Forbes. Abstract art pieces, bold prints and heavy, colorful curtains fill the rest of the home with unapologetic personality.

The Eastern Columbia Building is an iconic Art Deco landmark in Los Angeles' skyline, with its 4-sided clock tower and white neon lettering. The building's lavish decor includes antiqued mirrors, fluted paneling and, on the exterior, turquoise gold leaf and terra cotta tiles.

According to the listing, the penthouses are situated adjacent to a sky deck with a swimming pool, spa, outdoor fireplace, fully-equipped fitness studio and lounging cabanas.
