Jenna Dewan-Tatum has got some planning to do! While hubby Channing Tatum has been hard at work on Magic Mike Live in Vegas, the 36-year-old is quietly — well, sort of — planning his upcoming birthday celebration. During a new interview on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the gorgeous dancer-turned-actress dished on her birthday surprise. We're guessing it's not a surprise anymore, though...
“He is so hard because every year, he ends up, he wants something he gets it,” Dewan-Tatum explained to DeGeneres. “I’m taking him on an RV trip, and we’re packing up the family and we’re going, we just don’t really even have a plan. We’re not going cross-country, we’re going somewhere where trees are.” See the cute Instagram photos here.
Sounds very adventurous!
Also during the interview, Dewan cheekily revealed the show's biggest fan so far: the couple's daughter Everly! Although she tries to keep the three-year-old away from the racy performance, Everly has picked up a few suggestive dance moves! “She doesn’t, know but there’s been a couple times where she’s been like, ‘I’m dancing like Mommy and Daddy!’” Jenna replied while making some thrusting motions. “We’re saving up a therapy fund for when she’s older.”
In other news on the Dewan-Tatums, during a red carpet interview at the Vegas grand opening of Magic Mike Live, both Dewan and Tatum revealed their hopes to appear in the show together during its run a.k.a the Step Up reunion of our dreams.
"We might work together in this show," Tatum said, referring to Magic Mike Live. Dewan Tatum was quick to say that she is equally into the idea. "If I have my way, one day, there's a part in this show that I really want to do," she said, as Tatum cracked a smile. "And I'm begging him to do it with me. So hopefully one day, some audience will get a nice surprise. Not tonight, though." Her husband is confident that it will all come together eventually. "It's almost a probability," he said. "It's just...when can I actually get a chance to get in shape to do it?"
