Those include her glamorous grandmother, who wore jewelry as if she was off to a society wedding — even if she was just popping in to the store for toilet paper. Lim also talks about the importance of passing on heirlooms and memories from one generation to another. With fashion week heating up (literally — in New York it’s 90 degrees and rising!), sometimes jewelry is the only way to stand out when all you want to do is wear nothing!
