At the third and last debate on Wednesday night, Hillary Clinton chose a wool crepe curved front jacket with horn buttons cascading down the front with matching wool crepe pants. The Democratic presidential nominee paired the ensemble, which, Yahoo Style can confirm, was custom designed for her by Ralph Lauren, with silver orb earrings and black kitten heels. Her hair was styled in its signature manner and she had a bold pink lip with the slight hint of a cateye.

Many on Twitter noted that Clinton was glowing and looked “angelic.”

This is the second time Clinton has worn a white suit during a pivotal moment during her campaign. For her speech at the Democratic Convention in July, Ralph Lauren made her a similar suit with a white jersey top.

Many on social media at the time pointed out the significance of the color, noting that suffragettes would wear all white during their protests in their fight for voting equality. According to historians, women were encouraged to wear white to parades, most likely because of the traditional significance of the color with purity, weddings, and youthfulness.

For the previous two debates with Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, Clinton has, in a very patriotic manner, opted for red and blue suits. For the first showdown in late September, she looked fiery in a head-to-toe red look and at the second event earlier in October she chose a navy blue suit with a white collar and matching top, both from Bronx, New York-born designer Ralph Lauren.
