Day two of Bridal Fashion Week was a whirlwind day — with the runway shows in full force, we were inundated with beautiful gowns. From the masterful floral embroidery at Reem Acra and the shimmering details at Naeem Khan to the insanely romantic Alice and Wonderland-inspired looks at Monique Lhuillier, this was a day we’ll always remember. Here, our favorite looks from yesterday’s Bridal Fashion Week runway shows.

Monique Lhuillier
Sure, these gowns had the Monique Lhuillier stamp: Insanely feminine silhouettes and flowery details that any bride will love, but this season she went for lower-cut necklines and even tried some cutouts. It’s nearly impossible to choose a favorite, but this tiered ball gown with delicate shimmering embellishments looks like it was conjured up from a magic spell.

Naeem Khan
The bridal designer always takes something contemporary — like the ever-popular illusion necklines — and turns it on its head with some sort of one-of-a-kind detail. His “Palm Springs” gown was no exception, with its on-trend deep V-neck and beaded exterior. Notice how the beads are scalloped and the florals are just a tad more geometric than the rest of the pack? That’s how you make something you’ve seen a million times over stand out.

Mira Zwillinger
We’ve long been fans of Mira Zwillinger’s excquisite execution of detail, but this season she really knocked it out of the park with her perfectly tailored silhouettes and insanely gorgeous bead and appliqué-work. So much so, that it’s pretty impossible to choose a favorite (we refuse!) so we’re offering up two. One offers the illusion of a crop top with full-coverage. It’s ethereal and modern and the perfect blend of detail and simplicty. The next is fit for a fairy-princess with its delicate, twinkling exterior.

Reem Acra
Reem’s florals were in full force this season with the embroideries we’ve come to know and love from the bridal runway vet appearing on nearly every look that walked the runway. This first look, though, stole our hearts because of how the bodice comes together with the skirt. It offers an airiness that you wouldn’t necessarily get from other illusion looks out there, while mixing together with a classic lace skirt.

Rivini by Rita Vinieris
Rivini’s collection this season took a more delicate turn with some sheer insets and three-dimensional florals. This gown, in partiular, is so fluid with its sheer mermaid skirt, and sleeves. The keyhole slit adds some sultry flavor while the florals make it sweet — it’s the perfect balance between ethereal and sexy.
