Collaboration of the Week: National Day of Giving With Sanrio and The Humane Society of United States
Now that we have all stuffed our faces with turkey, leftover turkey and enough pumpkin pie til next year, it is time to get back to reality and help those who need it more. This week’s collaboration of the week happens to fall on National Day of Giving AKA #GivingTuesday, the official day of giving back.
Sanrio, the people who gave us Hello Kitty are collaborating with The Humane Society of The United States to give us limited edition tote bag featuring two characters – Pompompurin, a golden retriever dog with a brown beret and Chococat, a curious black cat. The totes will retail for $30 with $6 of each sale going to The Humane Society to help all animals in need! And if you have enough totes to last a lifetime, fear not, Hello Kitty Cafe has created special cookies with Chococat and Pompompurin to help this collaboration! They will sell for $5 each with $1 from each cookie going to the Humane Society and the cookies will be available through January 31, 2017!
