Caitlyn Jenner Wants Your Opinion of Her Manicure

In the weeks leading up the premiere of her highly anticipated E! reality series I Am Cait, Caitlyn Jenner is, as she promised, letting the world get an up-close-and-personal look at her latest struggle as a transgender woman: Learning to paint her own nails.

As most of us well know, painting your nails is a skill that can take years to perfect — and for some, not even a lifetime of at-home manis is enough. (That’s what salons are for, right?) In short, the struggle is real.

Thursday, the former Olympian and new Huffington Post blogger, 65, shared a video that shows her tentatively painting over some chipped varnish with what appears to be a bottle of powder blue Deborah Lippmann polish (possibly in “Blue Orchid”).

“Fixing a nail,” Jenner says, as a sort of verbal caption to the clip.

She then added, “Still getting the hang of this. What do you think of the color?”

Considering the vid’s been on Twitter for under an hour and has already garnered nearly 15,000 favorites and counting, we think it’s safe to say that the public approves of the color very much.
