To spend 24 hours in Australia and walk two laps on a runway, Bella Hadid was reportedly paid $400,000. The 19-year-old walked for the Misha Collective as part of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week on Monday, opening the show in a black leotard with a lace skirt and closing it in a pale pink minidress with an ankle-length trench coat.

While the reviews for her performance were great, that’s pretty much the only glowing analysis. According to the Daily Telegraph, Hadid has been branded a “brat” after she demanded a new hotel room because she was disturbed by preparations for an early-morning marathon taking place on the streets of Sydney. Staff moved the California native from the Sydney CBD Hotel to the $1,000-a-night penthouse at the newly renovated Old Clare.

The model’s minders were also supposedly “unhappy at the size of her security detail,” commenting that it wasn’t as large as Bella’s older sister’s when Gigi visited down under last year.

Model behavior — not role-model behavior.
