These Beautiful Homes From HGTV's "Fixer Upper" Are Now Available To Rent

From Country Living

If watching Chip and Joanna Gaines renovate homes on Fixer Upper has moved Waco, Texas to the top of your travel bucket list, we have good news: Not one but two houses that the couple renovated on their HGTV show are now available to rent for your next vacation.

A night in one of these homes-which you will definitely recognize from the show-is the next best thing to actually being on Fixer Upper yourself. And as you may know by now, the Gaines' new B&B Magnolia House is already completely booked for 2016, so act fast!

While either property will allow you to get up close and personal with Joanna's spectacular designs, they're also answering one of the biggest questions Fixer Upper fans have: No, you don't get to keep all the furniture. Season 3 client Jamie Ferguson recently revealed that while Joanna will gift some custom items to homeowners, most of what you see on the show is actually staged. If clients want to keep the items, they have to buy them separately from their renovation budget. So basically, these homes don't look exactly as you remember on Fixer Upper-and their listings include rooms that weren't seen on the show.

The Gaineses dubbed this first home "The Gorman Story" in the show's very first episode. It sleeps up to 12 guests for $390 a night.

The next rental sleeps up to 6 guests for $383 a night. It's certainly one of the most recognizable homes from HGTV: Joanna even called it her favorite fixer upper of all time for challenging her to take on a new design style. See what the midcentury modern house from season two looks like now:
