HGTV addicts, get excited! Our favorite home renovation show, Flip or Flop, has officially been renewed for 20 brand-new episodes that will begin airing this December! Tarek El Moussa broke the news on Instagram with an enthusiastic caption in which he admits he knows many fans have been wondering about the show's future as details of his public divorce from Christina continue to surface. But he reassured everyone that they'll remain business partners on the air for a lengthy seventh season, despite the fact that their off-air relationship has ended. "Regardless of the situation, our job is to flip homes and create a TV show for people to enjoy around the world," he wrote in his Instagram post about the news.
And it sounds like Christina is equally as elated about the announcement. "Tarek and I have been working together for a long time, and we look forward to continuing to work together on Flip or Flop," she said in an official statement to HGTV.
So what should fans expect from the show's seventh season? "Be prepared for some disasters and crazy projects on the upcoming season . . . " Tarek wrote. "It's almost . . . GO TIME! Who's excited about this??? I am!" We sure are!
