We've been longtime fans of Megan Jayne Crabbe, the body-positive gal behind the Instagram account bodyposipanda. Over the years, she's garnered more than 730,000 followers who flock to her page for uplifting posts about body acceptance and diversity, along with tidbits about her own journey of recovering from anorexia. Seriously, if you ever need a dose of inspiration, Megan's 'gram is sure to do the trick.
The social media star recently posted a video of herself partaking in the #DontHateTheShake movement, which is encouraging women to proudly share videos of themselves shakin' what their mommas gave them for the camera. And man, does she look like a ray of sunshine while doing it!
In the caption of her post, Megan explained that people need to embrace "the shake" because "bodies jiggle and that's glorious." For anyone interested in joining in on this fun Instagram movement, it's pretty easy. "You can use any song, any outfit, and adapt to your own ability," she explained. And you don't necessarily have to be a good dancer, Megan reassured. "As you can tell by now I pretty much have 4 dance moves on repeat," she wrote. "BUT IT DOESN'T MATTER BECAUSE WE'RE CELEBRATING OUR BODIES IN MOVEMENT AND THAT'S ALWAYS AMAZING!"
This gal is the epitome of confidence, and we fully support it! You go, girl. Keep shakin' it.
