Aly Raisman Encourages Fans to Wear Whatever They Want: 'Be Proud of Your Body'
Aly Raisman is taking a moment to remind her fans that they should be confident in who they are and wear anything they want with pride.
“Wear whatever makes you feel happy and confident,” Raisman, 23, posted on Instagram on Monday alongside a photo of herself wearing a low-cut one-piece swimsuit. “Don’t EVER let anyone tell you how you should or shouldn’t dress. We are all entitled to wear what we want. Females do not have to dress modest to be respected.”
The Olympic gymnast — who has spoken out against body shaming on several occasions — also shared a message about the importance of loving your body.
“Be proud of your body,” her post continued. “It’s never about the number on the scale, it’s about the way you feel. You are all unique and beautiful in your own way. No one is perfect. And no matter who you are, male or female, we all have those days of insecurity. We are all human.”

Raisman concluded her post by asking people to be loving towards one another.
