Crème de cassis, a black currant liqueur, is great paired with Champagne. It just so happens to also be delicious with a raspberry lambic beer and a hint of mint. A happy hour makeover that’s gorgeous and tastes great? We like it.
This twist on a Snakebite and Black cocktail uses raspberry lambic instead of hard cider.
- 1 oz. crème de cassis
- Raspberry lambic beer (such as Lindemans Framboise)
- Mint sprig (for serving)
Add crème de cassis to a pint glass filled with ice. Top off with beer. Garnish with mint.
