Bradley Lowery was the star of the red carpet after arriving at the annual event with his parents in tow. The five-year-old soccer superfan has been battling a rare form of cancer for three years now, but has bravely battled the disease while capturing the hearts of his favorite team Sunderland A.F.C., and the entire country of England.

Little Bradley and his parents, Carl and Gemma, looked especially dashing as they arrived at the Vox at Resorts World Birmingham over the weekend. The focus, naturally, was on Bradley, who dazzled in a blue suit, gray vest, and sky blue bow-tie flanked by his dad, who also wore blue and his mom who shined in a purple dress with lace shoulder trimmings.

Bradley landed on the world stage after scoring a penalty goal against Chelsea F.C. back in September as Sunderland’s mascot. Both Chelsea and Sunderland fans cheered for the boy at the Stadium of Light, and the feat was nominated for a Goal of the Month award. Other soccer players from rival Premier League teams have rallied around Bradley and many have announced their intentions to vote for the young fan to win the award.

Bradley’s mom told the Mirror that Bradley’s cancer went into remission last year but has since reemerged. She says that treatment will prolong his life but there is no insurance that he’ll beat the disease. Support has poured in from around the world for Bradley, with 40,000 cards wishing him well in his journey, according to charity Red Dreams.

The boy will undergo more chemotherapy treatment in 2017.
